Michael A. Fagan

Shareholder / Director

Michael A. Fagan brings more than 15 years of experience to his litigation and workers’ compensation defense practice. Known for his precision, responsiveness, and strategic approach, Michael represents employers across Oklahoma with the goal of reducing exposure, controlling costs, and delivering efficient resolutions.

Michael’s passion for this work is rooted in personal experience. As the son of a workers’ compensation recipient, he’s committed to ensuring benefits go to those who truly need them—and to vigorously defending cases that don’t hold up. Clients count on him for thoughtful risk assessments, strong communication, and an aggressive but calculated defense.

Before joining Fellers Snider, Michael served as in-house counsel for Liberty Mutual, where he litigated hundreds of workers’ compensation and liability cases to successful resolution, including numerous trial defense verdicts and complete denials. Earlier in his career, he handled civil and criminal litigation in state and federal courts, including jury and bench trials on complex matters ranging from fraud to corporate disputes.
