Eric R. King

Of Counsel

Eric R. King brings decades of experience in regulatory and energy law, with a focus on matters before the Oklahoma Corporation Commission. His practice includes oil and gas litigation, real estate disputes, condemnation, pipeline remediation, surface damage claims, and transactional work involving mineral interests and lease negotiations.

A respected figure in the legal and academic communities, Eric has served as an Adjunct Professor at both the University of Oklahoma College of Law and Oklahoma City University School of Law. He is a past president of the Oklahoma City Mineral Lawyers Society and currently serves on the Kuntz Committee on Natural Resources Law and Policy.

Eric’s career includes deep experience across state and federal courts, as well as extensive regulatory representation before the OCC. His clients range from municipalities and exploration companies to individual mineral interest owners and telecommunications providers.

In addition to his legal work, Eric serves on the U.S. Board of Directors for Predisan, a medical mission operating in Honduras and Central America.
