Harry H. Selph II

Of Counsel

Harry H. Selph II is a transactional attorney with decades of experience in oil and gas, energy and natural resources, real estate, contracts, mergers and acquisitions, and utility law. His work spans everything from complex asset transactions to major regulatory disputes.

Harry has served as lead or coordinating counsel in some of the firm’s most substantial engagements. He also guided a $1.5 billion oil and gas property assignment covering producing states across the U.S., the Gulf of Mexico, and Canada.

Harry’s experience includes serving as outside general counsel to numerous energy exploration and production companies. He has advised clients on all aspects of their legal operations, including contracts, litigation, insurance, employment, public offerings, and IPOs. He has managed large due diligence efforts, overseen class action defense involving Oklahoma-based utilities, and represented those utilities in administrative proceedings.

He has also acted as an arbitrator in oil and gas disputes and led legal teams through years-long arbitration before the Oklahoma Corporation Commission involving more than 60 telecom companies.
