Blaine Nice brings decades of legal experience in municipal law, land use, and public sector litigation. He represents municipalities and private clients in zoning and planning, contracts, labor and employment matters, and workers’ compensation claims. His practice includes planned unit developments (PUDs), board of adjustment actions, easement closures, and defending cities in claims and lawsuits.
Before joining Fellers Snider, Blaine spent nearly 25 years as a municipal attorney for the City of Norman, where he served as police legal adviser and counsel to city council, staff, boards, and commissions across a wide range of issues. His perspective as both a legal advisor and judge gives him deep insight into how cities function and how to move matters forward.
He currently serves as presiding municipal judge for Del City, Oklahoma, and also serves as judge for Moore, Noble, Valley Brook, and Spencer.
