Mark K. Stonecipher

Mark Stonecipher is a seasoned trial attorney with a business litigation practice that spans more than 40 years and includes major cases across Oklahoma and throughout the country. His practice focuses on oil and gas, land use, environmental, products liability, antitrust, business defamation, and intellectual property litigation—including unfair competition, trademark, trade dress, copyright, and patent claims.

Mark has served as lead trial counsel in high-stakes cases in state and federal courts in Oklahoma, California, Florida, Alabama, Arizona, Arkansas, Iowa, Kansas, New Mexico, and Texas. Known for his strategic acumen and thorough preparation, he represents clients ranging from individuals and small businesses to large corporations.

In addition to his legal career, Mark is an active civic leader. He is also the owner of an independent oil and gas company.
