Peter L. Scimeca

Peter L. Scimeca focuses his practice on criminal defense and business litigation. Since joining Fellers Snider in 2018, he has served as lead trial counsel in high-stakes cases ranging from murder to construction disputes—delivering results through strategic advocacy and courtroom skill.

Peter is admitted to practice before the Oklahoma Supreme Court, all Oklahoma District Courts, and the U.S. District Courts for the Northern and Western Districts of Oklahoma. A graduate of the prestigious Gerry Spence Trial Lawyers College, he is known for his tenacity and preparation in trial settings.

In addition to his legal practice, Peter maintains strong ties to legal education. He teaches as an adjunct professor and coaches mock trial teams at Oklahoma City University School of Law.

OUTSIDE THE COURTROOM

Peter and his wife, Whitney, spend their free time on Oklahoma’s lakes and rivers in their 1996 StarCraft aluminum boat. He’s also a hands-on hobbyist, often tackling home and auto repairs—with varying degrees of success and plenty of stories to tell.
