Ryan J. Duffy represents clients in matters spanning estate planning, tax controversies, nonprofit law, business development, and commercial transactions. With a background in both litigation and transactional work, Ryan brings a comprehensive approach to helping clients navigate high-stakes legal and financial issues.
Since joining Fellers Snider in 2018, Ryan has continued to build a robust practice centered on tax, corporate, and trust and estate matters. He regularly advises clients on business structuring, succession planning, compliance, and charitable giving. His published work has appeared in the Oklahoma Bar Journal, and he has presented seminars for organizations such as the Oklahoma Society of CPAs, the Oklahoma Tax Commission, and Meritas Law Firms Worldwide.
Ryan is admitted to practice in all Oklahoma state courts, the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Oklahoma, and the U.S. Tax Court. He has served as chair of the Oklahoma Bar Association’s Tax Section and is an active member of the Estate Planning Section.
Born and raised in Guymon, Oklahoma, Ryan holds a deep connection to the state and its legal community. He currently serves on the Board of Trustees for the Oklahoma Sports Hall of Fame and is active with the Jim Thorpe Award Committee.
